What happens to what you share.

What I collect

• If you subscribe: your first name and email address.
• If you send your Marketing Checkup: your name, business, email, optional phone, your Checkup answers and the brief it produced.
• How you found the site: the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link (for example, that you came from LinkedIn or a printed QR code).

Why

To send you what you asked for, follow up about your Checkup if you request it, and understand which ways of reaching people actually work. I don't sell or rent your information.

Where it's kept

When you send your Checkup or subscribe, the form passes what you entered to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service, which delivers it to me at calumbaugh@federatedmedia.com. Signups and Checkup submissions are kept in myFederated Media email and the marketing systems I use there. If you take the Checkup without sending it, your answers stay in your browser: the site remembers only which stage came out weakest so it can highlight it for you, and you can clear that by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Site statistics

The site counts visits and a few anonymous actions (for example, that a Checkup was started or finished) with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and never records your name, email or answers.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what you've shared, reach out onLinkedIn or at calumbaugh@federatedmedia.com.
